Author’s Guidelines

Submission Process

Authors must submit manuscripts either by email or through the Online Article Submission Form available on the Submit Paper page of our website. Hard copy submissions are not accepted. Upon submission, an automated acknowledgment of receipt will be sent.

Peer Review and Publication

Each paper is initially assessed for suitability. If found appropriate, it will be sent electronically to at least two referees for double-blind peer review. Reviewers may recommend: Acceptance, Rejection, or revision with suggested changes. All communication and revisions are handled electronically. Accepted papers are assigned to an upcoming issue and published online. Articles are freely accessible and can be retrieved anytime.

Manuscript Requirements

Length and Language

Papers should be between 2,000 to 5,000 words, excluding references and footnotes. Manuscripts may be written in English or Hindi. Each submission must include: An abstract (maximum 200 words), 3 to 6 keywords (in alphabetical order).

Formatting Instructions

For English papers: Font: Times New Roman, Size: 12 pt, Line spacing: 1.5

For Hindi papers: Fonts: Mangal, Unicode, Kokila, Nirmala UI (Preferred: Mangal). Do not use Kurti Dev font.

All text should be left-justified only. Avoid ALL CAPS for titles or headings. Use APA style for citations and references (other styles allowed depending on discipline). Include page numbers at the bottom right corner of each page. Avoid: Word divisions or hyphenation at line ends, Compressed files, Word-processing features like comments, strikethrough, hidden text, tracked changes, etc.

Manuscript Structure (IMRaD Format Preferred)

  • Title (Centered, followed by authors’ names, affiliations, emails, and contact number of the corresponding author marked with an asterisk ‘*’)
  • Abstract (within 200 words)
  • Keywords (3–6, in alphabetical order)
  • Introduction
  • Materials and Methods (if applicable)
  • Results (if applicable)
  • Discussion
  • Conclusion
  • Acknowledgements (if any)
  • References (Use APA style or a discipline-appropriate style. References should be in single-spacing, 10 pt, with hanging indents. Cite all sources properly, especially for tables, figures, or diagrams taken from other works.)

Additional Notes

  • Footnotes should be minimized, but if necessary, use 10 pt single-spaced font.
  • Use a single space after punctuation (periods, commas, etc.), not double.
  • Start new paragraphs using a double line break, not an indent.
  • Use consistent spelling (British or American English) throughout your manuscript.
  • Italicize foreign or non-English words/phrases that are not commonly used in English.

Responsibility and Ethics

All authors are individually and jointly responsible for the content of their submissions. The Editorial Board is not responsible for views expressed in manuscripts. The Editor’s decision is final regarding acceptance, rejection, or revision. The Editor reserves the right to: Edit accepted manuscripts for clarity or format, Limit the number of pages, figures, or tables.

Publication Fee

The publication fee is to be submitted only after acceptance of the manuscript. Fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
